The Study Of Internet Users' S Political Participation Literacy In The We Media Arena Of Historical Materialism

With the rapid development of new media technology in recent years,the channels of political participation are becoming more and more diversified,among which the rapid popularization of the media platform makes the communication between people more convenient.The simplicity of the operation of the media platform,the freedom of communication and so on make it possible for the Internet users to participate in public policy and public life to achieve the "technical empowerment." Internet users show unprecedented political enthusiasm in we-media participation.However,some problems are also exposed to be further improved,such as the relatively shallow political participation,obvious phenomenon of irrational and illegal participation emotional,increased participation in psychological utilitarian,etc.In we-media era,Internet users' rational political participation requires ability to recognize,evaluate,speculate and participate in political information,as well as the ability of Internet users to use political information to realize self-value and serve the society.In the we-media environment,the Internet users of rational political participation need to have political knowledge,political ability,legal literacy,moral literacy as the main four aspects.We have to deal with several aspects of the relationship,strengthen the combination of the value guide of mainstream media and self-conscious learning,have a dialectical view of the on-line and off-line activities of citizenship,strengthen the construction of the network legal system and Internet users consciousness to abide by the network laws and regulations,strengthen the Internet users of the network moral self-discipline awareness.In short,only the forces of social,national,individual and other aspects are in organic harmonization,can the we-media era of civil rational political participation be successfully achieved,and China's contemporary democratic politics can be healthily developed.
