Research On The Daily Life Path Of Cultivating Consciousness Of The Rule Of Law To Peasants In New Period

The third Plenary Session of the 11 th CPC Central Committee held,our country enters the new period of reform and opening up,at the same time,it marks a new stage of building the rule of law.The consciousness of rule of law is the spiritual support for the construction of a country ruled by law,which is directly related to the process of the rule of law in a country.Therefore,it is particularly important to cultivate the rule of law consciousness.However,due to the social and historical reasons,such as peasants’ awareness of the rule of law is weak,the rural legal construction lag behind,which seriously affects the process of the rule of law.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the construction of rule of law in China to improve peasants’ awareness of rule of law.In this paper,the cultivation of the rule of law awareness of peasants in the new period as the main research content.Under the guidance of the view of Marx’s Living world,this paper reflects on the present situation of thecultivation of the consciousness of rule of law in rural areas,and analyzes the reasons from three aspects: subject consciousness,traditional cultivation mode and environment.Finally,in view of life to build effective path to cultivate the peasants’ awareness of the rule of law,to penetrate the rule of law education in daily life of farmers,peasants in imperceptible to enhance consciousness of rule of law.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction,which mainly focuses on the research background of this topic,significance,research review,innovation points.On the basis of collecting relevant information,summarize and research on peasants’ awareness of the rule of law and living abroad,and then points out the innovation of this paper.The second chapter is about the rationality and necessity of the cultivation of peasants’ awareness of rule of law in the new era.This chapter is divided into three parts,The first part is related concepts,The second part from the return of the main body,return to life and return to the practice of the three aspects of life in the awareness of peasants in the rule of law to cultivate the reasonableness of the overview.The third part mainly discusses the necessity of the use of life,mainly from the development of farmers’ own needs,the needs of building peasants’ awareness of rule of law in the new period.The third chapter is about the current situation of the lack of life in the peasants’ awareness of the rule of law in the new period.Mainly based on the data and relevant literature,summarized the present stage of the status of farmerlife loss in the rule of law consciousness cultivation of mainly from the target,content,method,process and farmers’ life world alienation are summarized.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the causes of loss of life cultivation of farmers awareness of the rule of law in the new period,the reason of lack of life the peasants’ awareness of the rule of law cultivation in the analysis of three aspects of subject,mainly from the traditional rule of law consciousness cultivation education and rural environment.The fifth chapter is to explore the way of life of peasants’ awareness of the rule of law in the new era.this chapter is the focus of the full text,mainly in view of the problems arising from the farmers of the rule of law consciousness cultivation,on the basis of reflection,put forward the rule of law consciousness peasants grow into daily life path is the rule of law consciousness fostering subject,goal in life to life style,content drawn from life,originates from life,build the atmosphere of the rule of law into daily life.
