Study On The Government's Purchase Of Community Intelligent Pension Service In Taiyuan City

With the development of society,the problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious,and the current situation of "not rich first" has brought serious challenges to China's pension problem.Taiyuan is the oldest city in Shanxi Province,and the social pension situation is grim.The traditional pension model is out of touch with the times,so the traditional pension services can not meet the growing needs of the elderly population.The emergence of new intelligent pension services let the community see the hope of solving the pension problem,the state promulgated a series of policies to promote the development of intelligent pension services.In this background,the Taiyuan municipal government carried out a series of positive exploration in the community of intelligent pension.The study found that the Taiyuan municipal government buying community intelligent pension service process is reflected in the "8181890" service hotline,"12349" upgraded version of the service hotline,love "one key","smart home" service project.The pension service practice of Taiyuan city intelligent community's investigation and analysis that based on the analysis of statistical data,shows the Taiyuan municipal government purchasing community intelligent pension service has achieved good results.Such as for the convenience of the elderly' living and easing the pressure of pension,pension market development,and promoting the development of related enterprise pension at the same time,we also found in the investigation and analysis of intelligent pension service supply subject positioning,intelligence and information technology level is low,the breadth and depth of intelligent service content is not enough,the elderly accept low intelligence pension services.Based on the construction of community intelligent pension service model,this paper introduces the methods of promoting intelligent pension service from three aspects: service participation,service management platform and the elderly population.Then,according to the survey,puts forward to encourage pluralisticsubjects participate in the intelligent pension services actively,deepen the intelligent technology in the application of pension services,multi-level rich intelligent pension service project specific and feasible measures.Intelligent pension services to the elderly which is providing better service for the purpose,is a design includes government,society and family merging system,the pension service model innovation,an important measure to achieve the low cost of providing the service,to improve the social pension service system and the only way which must be passed.
