Research On Beijing Pension Service Industry Under The Background Of Population Aging

With the deepening of the aging degree in China,the demographic dividend is gradually disappearing,and the demand of the elderly for old-age care services is increasing and diversified.On the whole,China entered into an aging society in 1999,and Beijing entered into an aging society in 1990.However,China belongs to the concept of "getting old before getting rich,getting old before getting ready".Without the advanced and perfect pension system of developed countries,China's pension service industry is still in the primary stage.For Beijing,how to deal with this aging population and solve related problems will be a severe test.This paper analyzes the aging of population in Beijing and the development of the pension service industry.This paper first analyzes the current situation of Beijing's aging population and the current situation of the pension service industry,and then explores the problems in the current period.And then analyze the pension services market demand,includes both quantitative and qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis by ARIMA model to predict the future of Beijing's per capita disposable income,qualitative analysis by the old people's consumption and the change of demand analysis,draw a pension services is a new economic growth point,has a large market and demand.Finally,the author draws lessons from the experience of developed countries and puts forward some Suggestions on the long-term development of the pension service industry based on the current situation of Beijing.
