| Judicial credibility is the basic measure of good judicial operation.The study of judicial credibility should not be confined to the scope of the city,.Rural areas as an integral part of the country,the rule of law construction is equally important,and judicial credibility in the village to establish and enhance on the other side also reflects the success of a country's rule of law.The judicial credibility must be accumulated in the process of positive interaction between the judicial role and the subject of rights.Based on the empirical investigation of village A,it is found that people were lack of legal awareness,and the distrust of law is an important external reason which affects the judicial credibility.In addition,the lack of judicial internal mechanism system and incompletely procedure implement was also became the factors that people distrust the judicial and law,many shortcomings were expand the scope of influence through the public opinion,then resulting in the lack of judicial credibility.So the complete construction of rural judicial credibility must be clear: the improving of judicial credibility was rely on the cultivation of the legal trust and the self perfection of the judicial role.Based on this,the primary task of the judicial credibility construction is to establish the thought of justice for the people and strive to improve citizens' legal consciousness,popularize law for the people.Secondly,to complete the self adjustment and perfection of judicial role,judicial authority should pay attention to the influence of public opinion,rethink their own shortcomings and making targeted perfection under the influence of the public opinion.Meanwhile,citizens should abandon the idea of resisting law,accepting modern legal thinking to cultivate legal emotion initiatively,improving citizens' satisfaction with justice continuously,completing the positive interaction between the people and the judiciary,to complete the construction of the judicial credibility. |
