Research On Predicaments Of Rural Social Governance Of Underdeveloped Areas

Compare with the derdeveloped areas,the underdeveloped rural areas should actively adapt to the new requirements of rural economic development,and meet the new expectations of farmers for living a better life.By combing and analyzing the basic relative research and achievements in the domestic and foreign,the research choose the typical,representative XX town of Guizhou Province as an example,and obtain its rural social governance first-hand information in abundance by the use of methods of sociology,the questionnaires and semi-structured interviews and other.Though analyses,the research found the following typical existence predicaments of rural social governance: less vitality in the process of economic development,unsoundness in the subjects of governance,tilt in the authorities of governance,indistinctively effect in the comprehensive treatment of governance.Then,after scientifically examined,the research discovered the deep-seated causes displayed mainly includes four aspects: economic development and weak development difficult to slow the pace of economic development;the rural social organization is limited to the examination and approval procedures,excessive economic foundation and professional talent shortage and hypoplasia,village governance deficiencies and participation consciousness and subjectivity poor rural social governance structure is not perfect and the villagers to participate in the process of governance;limited to rural social governance in the process of a single large,government decentralization is not in place,and the villagers of village governance in the lack of corresponding security leading authority structure of rural social governance is not perfect,the villagers of village Governance in the foundation is not strong;at last from the comprehensive management of the increasing difficulty and village power relative deficiency of village governance is difficult,comprehensive treatment effect is not significant.Based on the analysis of the predicament and its causes,from the good governance theory,put forward the path and ideas down to earth the rural social governance in developed regions to good governance of science,under our country,trying to control the problem of crack.This paper is divided into five parts with totally more than 40000 words.It is finally concluded that township government and village autonomy organizations,rural social organizations and villagers work together is basically need to fundamentally solve the difficulties of underdeveloped rural social governance in China.Then,promoting the development of rural social governance to good governance through constructing the interests community of,integrating social forces,consolidating the villagers' participation foundation,and improving the comprehensive governance ability and other ways.
