Investigation And Research On The Grass-roots Civil Servants' Concept Of Happiness Of Hebei Province

The Sixth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)summed up the practice and historical experience of carrying out political life in our Party and put forward the key to resolving social problems in the face of the current grim situation.Grassroots civil servants as the main force of the management of society,is to achieve a comprehensive well-off society and the socialist modernization drive the main force.Grass-roots civil servants work efficiency level,affecting the modernization process,so grassroots civil servants must improve work efficiency,maintain good working and living conditions.Scientific values of happiness can guide them to keep their morale into work and life.Based on the Marxist concept of happiness and the traditional Chinese concept of happiness,this paper takes the grassroots civil servants in Hebei Province as the research object,mainly adopts the methods of combing the literature and questionnaire to study the positive performance and practical problems of the grassroots' On the basis of research,the author analyzes the causes of the status quo of grassroots civil servants' happiness,and lays a practical foundation for cultivating the happiness view of grassroots civil servants.It is found that the happiness view of the grassroots civil servants in Hebei Province is healthy and comprehensive,and it is more objective to understand the four aspects of the understanding of happiness,the goal of happiness goal and the way of realizing happiness,and the evaluation of national policy and personal work and life,comprehensive.However,some grassroots civil servants in the understanding of the real problem there are some deviations,such as the pursuit of high wages and other material needs,the lack of dedication,collective consciousness is weak and so on.According to this,the author from the correct understanding of the connotation of happiness,cultivate positive and healthy emotions,shaping the strong will quality,standardize the administrative behavior of four aspects of the basic situation of Hebei Province grassroots public welfare analysis of the causes of the cause,and proposed to build The concrete measures of scientific and reasonable sense of happiness of grassroots civil servants.
