Study On Career Happiness Of Grassroots Civil Servants In Kundulun District Of Baotou City

Grass-roots civil servants,as the main part of our civil servants,are not only the main practitioners and defenders of state power,but also the backbone of solving the legitimate rights and interests of our people.Therefore,the professional happiness of this group is directly related to the use of China's political rights,the maintenance and development of the interests of the people and the harmony and stability of the entire society.Overall,improving the professional happiness of grass-roots civil servants has very important practical significance.In the research,this article adopts a multidisciplinary comprehensive research method,through macro,micro combination and commonality,personality combination,and empirical research.Based on Kundulun District as a research object,a questionnaire is issued and The way of analyzing the results,exploring the main factors that affect the professional happiness of the grass-roots civil servants in China,support for the full text research.The full text of the thesis is mainly designed in five parts.The first part mainly defines the concepts and related theories,and proposes the basic concepts of grass-roots civil servants.The role and characteristics of civil servants are explained in detail.Based on the empirical analysis,through the research of the grass-roots civil servants in Kundulun District,and using the method of collecting questionnaires,the current situation of the happiness of grass-roots civil servants and its influencing factors are explored from a micro perspective.The reasons are comprehensively explained;the fifth part is to achieve the purpose of solving the problem and proposes countermeasures to solve the lower level of professional happiness of civil servants in China.
