Research On The Professional Well-being Of Grassroots Civil Servants

The grass-roots civil servants is the theme of the civil servants in our country,is the perpetrators and maintainers of state power,is also the main force,to protect the interests of the people's demands in China's economic and social life plays a pivotal role.As a result,their professional happiness about the effective use of state power,people's maintenance and development of public interests,and the construction of a harmonious socialist society.In a word,to improve the grass-roots civil servants career happiness has important practical significance.In this paper,using the multi-disciplinary comprehensive research in the process of research methods,combining common personality,combining macro micro research method and the method of empirical research,selected the teachnolosy of shandong province as the research target,through the form of questionnaires,find out the influence factors of grass-roots civil servants career happiness in our country,provide data support for the full text of the study.The full text is divided into four parts,the first part is the study of the definition and related theory,puts forward the related concepts of civil servants at the grass-roots level,to the function and characteristics of civil servants at the grass-roots level,provide theoretical support for later research development;The second part is to explore the present status of grass-roots civil servants career happiness,and on the analysis of the status quo on the basis of the our country civil servants at the grass-roots level in professional happiness problems and influencing factors;The third part USES the empirical study,lixia district of jinan city as the research target,by recycling effective questionnaire,further analyzes the grass-roots civil servants career happiness from the microscopic view of current situation,problems and influencing factors;Part and the fourth part is to solve the problem,in view of the macro and micro two parts of grass-roots civil servants career happiness problems and influence factors of research,put forward the countermeasures of resolving our country civil servants at the grass-roots level professional happiness problem.
