The Empirical Research On Public Satisfaction Measurement Model For Open Government Data

With the arrival of the era of big data,the traditional government information disclosure has been unable to meet the needs of the public,and the importance of government data has become increasingly prominent.The open government data has become the trend of social development.In our country,open government data is still in the initial stage.In the aspect of open government data,the work carried out by governments at all levels is relatively small,and the relevant research is also focused on the qualitative analysis of the concepts of open government data,the construction of relevant laws and regulations,the necessity and so on.The study on how to promote open government data in the big data environment is particularly important.Open government data is an important part of the government's service,and public satisfaction is the important standard to test the open government data services.The research introduces the background,purpose and significance of open government data public satisfaction model,and then introduces the domestic and international practice and research status of open government data,and the research status of the public satisfaction model.In the following chapters,the relevant concepts and theories of open government data and public satisfaction are sorted out.Combined with the model of customer satisfaction in enterprise management,this paper analyzes the main latent variables of the open government data public satisfaction model.Using the methods combined of qualitative and quantitative research,this paper constructs open government data public satisfaction model.Firstly,according to government data open public satisfaction model,this paper designs the questionnaire of China's open government data public satisfaction.Then,through the investigation on the model,this paper collects the attitudes and needs of the public to open government data,and makes an empirical study on SPSS based on correlation and regression analysis.Through the analysis of the experimental results,this paper points out the imperfections of China's open government data work,expounds the enlightenment and suggestions?Finally,the main work of the research is summarized,and the problems in the research are put forward.Some suggestions and directions for open government data are pointed out.
