Research On Promoting The Construction Of Information Management System Of Chinese Government Decision-making Consultation

As the "brain" of the party and the government, government decision-making consultation plays-an irreplaceable role in the decision. Filtering, comparing, judging and researching all kinds of information are the premise for a government decision-making consultation to promote a decision. It can be said that abundant, accurate, timely and accurate information is one of the elements of a government decision-making consultation. Therefore, decision-making institutions and their researchers pay more attention to the management of information. The perspective of this paper is to promote the construction of information management system. This paper uses content analysis and comparative analysis to summarize the current situation, problems and reasons of China's decision-making consultations' information management system, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the construction and improvement of information management system. At last, basing on information management theory and Systematic transitional theory, this paper constructs a framework of information management system for government decision-making institutions.
