Since the government procurement pilot work was carried out in China in 1996, the government procurement has developed more than twenty years of history.Government procurement value from 3.1 billion yuan in 1998 rose to 1.7 trillion yuan in 2014.In 17 years, with the rapid growth of the scale of procurement, government procurement has gone through a process of quantitative change to qualitative change.The scale of government procurement is not just a number, it represents China's great progress in the economic, social and political fields.
