Analysis On Punishing Bullies Justice Case In Beibei Area In Early Days Of New China

Land reform, suppress counterrevolutionary and three evils&five evils were known as three movements of early days of new China. Among them, land reform and campaign to suppress counterrevolutionaries solve the tasks of the democratic revolution legacy(the mission of democratic revolution is anti-landowners and anti-feudal. Land reform solved the private ownership of land in feudal time, and suppress counterrevolutionary solved the problem of big landlords and the interests of the remnants of the Kuomintang reactionaries). In the process of land reform and suppress counterrevolutionary, punishing bully is an indispensable part of these movements. This paper choosing the punish bullies justice case of Beibei area in early days of new China to analysis. Aims to analyze the background of punishing bullies in early days of new China, summarize the experience of punishing bullies, and find out some problems of this movement. Eventually to have a reflection about the way and policy to punish bullies.In this paper, we take an objective attitude, by collecting the related archives of punish bullies in early days of new China, and reference the referee case about punish bullies in Beibei area in 1952. Besides the introduction and conclusion, this paper consists of four major components.The part of introduction describes the value and the relevant academic research about punishing bullies in the early days of New China, and introduces the innovation research method of this paper.
