During the time of information technology,with the rapid development of internet technology and the spring up of the online shopping mode,providing the possibility for the customers without leaving home.Online trading expends scope of the customer's choice,and improves the efficiency of the work,also lower the cost.However,we due to its characteristic of virility,openness and convenience.For more asymmetric information between consumers and bossiness operators,lead to weak position for the customers.Recently,internet consumers' rights and interests protection issue has received wide attention.In order to adapt to rapid development and changeable internet market,our country perfecting the laws and regulations constantly,introducing new Law on Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers,so that to protect the rights and interests of internet consumers efficiently.But because the cause the legal issues of online trading has its particularity.It's harder than the old ways.So it is difficult to adapt to the internet market development.In face of the rapid development of internet trading market and the pressing situation of consumer rights and interests protection.We should clear the unique characteristic of internet trading,and understanding the complexity of the subject in the online trading.By analyzing the particularity of the online trading,putting forward to protect the internet consumers the right to know,safety right,the right of fair trade,the right of privacy,and the right of claim.Besides,combing the current situations of legislation in our country,analyzing the improvement and the deficiency of the new Law on Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers.Then through the analysis of the extraterritorial legislation,in order to use the experience of other countries for reference on our regulations of internet consumer protection.The last part is to give suggestions from three aspects,namely legislation,administrative regulation and judicial relief,so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of domestic Internet users and promote sound development of Internet economy.Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of internet consumers,and promoting the steady development of the internet.
