Government service center,is an integrated administrative services which is provided with functions of information supply and consulting,approval and charges,management and coordination,complaints and supervision.According to statistics,the country has more than 3300 comprehensive administrative services in different levels,covering almost all the counties and cities nationwide.It is an adaptability adjustment of the traditional law enforcement system and government services to respond to the world economic integration and adapt to the major changes of political,economic and social system.China's comprehensive administrative service agencies embody the requirement of service administration,sunshine administration,efficient administration in the work locations,work procedures and work systems.which is a new exploration of government public service method and service procedures that conforms to the development philosophy of Service Government.Based on the study both at home and abroad of government service and citizen satisfaction,this paper studies the government service work in Guangxi by mean of collecting the first-hand information through field investigation and questionnaire,and using SPSS21.0 to sort out,entry and analysis the questionnaire data.Questionnaire respondents include workers of government service center,people handling affairs in the government service center and the general public.From the three different subjects,respectively,this paper would analysis the cognitive situation and implementation evaluation for the local government service center.Through the correlation analysis and regression analysis,the paper looks for the main factors influencing the satisfaction degree for the government service centers of the three main types of subjects,and explore the influence of individual background according to the personal background information such as age,educational background and post.Finally,according to the situation of field investigation and interview,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions in line with the further optimization and upgrading of Guangxi government service.
