With the continued development of China’s service-oriented government and new urbanization construction,China’s basic public services have become unequalized between urban and rural areas,and regions,and the government’s limited supply of various types of public services and products is in line with the broad masses of our people.The need for rapid public service growth has created contradictions,which have brought tremendous challenges to social harmony.In the report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the Party pointed out that it is necessary to build a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with.Citizens’ satisfaction has now become an evaluation indicator and final destination of government work performance.Only with the satisfaction of citizens as the standard can we improve our basic public service system and promote the harmonious and orderly development of society.The study of citizens’ satisfaction with the basic public services of the county government is conducive to assessing the performance of county-level government public services and has guiding significance for building a service-oriented government.Under the background of building a service-oriented government and building a harmonious society,this paper combines the actual situation in China and reads the literature.It first briefly introduces the government’s basic public service and citizen satisfaction,and then introduces citizen’s satisfaction into the public service field.A feasibility analysis was conducted and the basic public services of county-level cities in China were compared and analyzed according to the results of field surveys in county areas.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.The main framework of this paper is as follows:The first part is introduction.This chapter elaborates the research background and research significance of citizen satisfaction of county-level government public services,and then summarizes the research status of citizen satisfaction at home and abroad according to relevant literature,and finally introduces the research methods and innovation.The second part is an overview of related theories.First,it explained the concept of government public service and citizen satisfaction,introduced the characteristics of public service and citizen satisfaction,then explained the organization of county government,and finally analyzed the significance of researching citizen satisfaction.The third part is the model construction of citizen satisfaction.It introduces the domestic and international comparatively mature citizen satisfaction evaluation model and the method of analyzing citizen satisfaction.Based on this,it puts forward the hypothesis of the citizen satisfaction evaluation model.The fourth part is an empirical analysis.According to basic public service assessment indicators,the survey questionnaire was designed to select four counties for field surveys from basic facilities,compulsory education,medical and public health,public safety,and government services.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,Conduct data analysis.The fifth part is the analysis of the status qua of the county-level government’s basic public services,comparing the shortcomings of the development in recent years.The sixth part is to choose the way to improve citizens’ satisfaction.According to the reason of low citizen satisfaction,try to analyze the way to improve citizen satisfaction.The seventh part is the end and outlook.Summarize the deficiencies of this article,and look,forward to the future.
