Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Long-term Care Demand For The Elderly

China entered the aging society in 2000,as the largest elderly population in the world,one of the fastest aging development,inevitably is experiencing an ageing population caused by the economic and social changes.Along with the progress of modern medical technology,the rapid development of global economy,life expectancy is also increased year by year,which caused by the ageing pension problem is increasingly protruding.Liaoning has an aging population of about five years ahead of the national average.By the end of 2015,the number of elderly people in liaoning province exceeded 1.15 million,accounting for 13 percent of the elderly population,with 879,000 people over 60 years old,up 5 percent from a year earlier.Compared with other provinces,the elderly population of liaoning province cannot provide for oneself and empty nest phenomenon is more serious,the one-child family aging,the influence of family structure change,the province more than 40% of the elderly mouth empty nesters.Modern family demand for elderly care services will be more and more high,but in China,long-term care services is still in its beginning stage,a lot of long-term care services system construction and strategy of supply and demand is not very perfect.In this paper,it is in this context,the aging level one of the most serious city in liaoning province anshan city,field investigation,the actual measurement influence in the region the influence factors of the elderly will demand for long-term care,for the following within the scope of the region and national long-term care service system to provide real and effective reference basis.On the basis of the theory,the related literature at home and abroad for reference,to establish a hypothesis model and the written questionnaire,in Anshan Liaoning province as the sample region,based on the statistical analysis software Stata 14.0 demand for long-term care services to Anshan to the old orderly ordered logit and probit regression,the analysis results show that the economic factors,the concept of health,children,basic features,risk factors and personal factors are influential to the needs of the elderly in long-term care services.Finally on the basis of the statistical results,reference abroad long-term care services system set up to run for many years experience and domestic situation,put forward policy Suggestions for long-term care services system,established for long-term care service system in Liaoning province to provide certain reference basis.
