Urban Community Elderly People To Participate In The Research To The Influential Factors Of Day Care Services In Nanning L Community For Example

With the fast development of economic society,urban family structure and scale gradually incline to the core,miniaturization,family endowment functions are weakening;And institutional pension due to the lack of humanistic care or lack of beds are not old man.Old-age pension model to solve the large community of an effective mode of service,day care centers and community as a way of community home endowment,has been accepted by more and more old people.This paper,under the guidance of the theory of roots,USES qualitative research method to conduct semi-structured interviews with 21 elderly people in the L community of Nanning city,explores the factors that affect the participation of elderly people in the day care service,and builds the overall conceptual model based on the in-depth exploration of the interview data.The findings are based on the following findings:First,the function of community day care service is becoming more and more important,to a certain extent,alleviate the elderly endowment demand,enrich the old people in later life.The survey found that the content of the community day care services present a diversified development trend,from the day care service function,service life mainly include catering,housekeeping,hospital,door-to-door visits,life agents,etc;Cultural entertainment services for the elderly is learning,entertainment,chat and entertainment and other activities,including quarterly birthday party for the elderly,chess competition,singing and dancing contest and dance interest class,etc.;Medical services mainly include blood pressure,massage,acupuncture and physical examination;The service of spiritual consolation is mainly provided by social workers to provide psychological counseling for the elderly.Second,the service function of the community day care center is not yet perfect,and some service content has a phenomenon of "false conformity".Survey found that most of the old man is a part of the day care services can provide for oneself life,this is mainly because L community day care centers do not have enough hardware(venue,beds,etc.)and personnel(professional escorts,psychological consultants and social workers,etc.),for the life cannot provide for oneself completely with community such as daytime foster,psychological counseling and other services.Third,the city community old people engaged in day care service behavior is influenced by many factors,these factors can be summarized as personal factors,family factors,community and day care centers.Personal factors including personal thoughts,hobbies,communication,economic level and ability to care for the five categories,family factors attitude two categories,including the living conditions and children group and other colonies and retirement community factors include good unit three categories,day care centres factors including hardware conditions and soft culture two categories.
