Research On Problems And Improvement Measures Of Video Policing In S District Of S City

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has crossed the threshold into a new era with the development of society.Social governance is facing some new problems,the situation of social security tends to be complex and severe and the social security problem has become the focus of attention in our society.With the rapid development of the central government’s strategy of reforming and strengthening the police,developing the police with science and technology and video monitoring,video policing has gradually become an indispensable part of the urban social governance system.Video policing has changed the traditional working mode of public security organs,turned passive into active,realized precise governance by using technical means and greatly improved the efficiency in case detection of the public security organs.As S is the core hub city of L province and even the three provinces in Northeast China and its S district also plays an important role of S city,the social governance of S district has always been the focus of attention of all sectors of the society.Therefore,S district Public Security Bureau has been committed to improving the efficiency of video policing,building a more perfect video monitoring network system,effectively improving the governance efficiency of the public security organs of S district,and achieving remarkable results.However,there are still some deficiencies and problems in the video policing of S district along with the achievements.Based on the theories of public management,public security management,public administration and urban management,this thesis focuses on the analysis of the causes of the problems in the video policing in S district of S city and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.First of all,the thesis investigates and analyzes the current situation of the video policing in S district of S city,summarizes the existing problems,analyzes and summarizes the video policing work of other advanced areas at home and abroad and makes a comparative analysis with the actual situation in S district.Moreover,this thesis proposes the countermeasures for the video policing in S district of S city and obtains the useful conclusions and experience for the video policing based on the actual situation of S district and the advanced experience at home and abroad.The thesis puts forward a series of countermeasures and strives to make effective suggestions for the video policing in S district of S city so as to provide theoretical support and implementation methods for the development of video policing of S district.The author hopes this thesis can be inspiring to the video policing in S district of S city in terms of social governance.
