Study On The Promotion Of Legal Construction Role In The Rural Economic Development

Rural economy is the necessary part of the whole economy development of China,as well as the basic of our national economy.Because of the great number of the rural population and the large part of the rural area,the development of rural economy is closely related to peasants'living standard and even the development of the whole China's national economy.The development of rural economy is influenced by various kinds of factors and this paper considers that rule of law is one of these factors.Additionally,with the gradual improvement of rural legalization in nowadays society,the legal construction will play a positive role in promoting economic development.At the same time,the development of economy and the improvement of the rule of law are also the interactive process which can promote and complete each other,and also advance together.The government is the guarantee of the development of political and economy as well as the construction of the rule of law,on the one hand,we should fully respect the actual situation in rural areas,and the construction of rule of law should be completed from the concept,function and service mode and other aspects;on the other hand,we should make the rural economic activities open,fair and transparent to improve the economic development gradually,and to promote the construction of the rule of law in rural areas.By using the relevant theoretical knowledge,this paper takes village A and village B as a case.We analyze the different points on the economic development and the rule of law construction of the two villages,and put forward some measures and suggestions,which has a positive effect on the development of the rural economy.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research review,research contents and research methods,focusing on the results of previous studies.The second chapter expounds the theoretical foundation and concept of China's rural economy differences,expounds the theoretical basis of this paper,namely rural economics,regulation economics and sociology of law theory;This paper explains the basic concepts involved in this thesis,namely the rule of law,rule of law in rural areas and rural economy.The third chapter analyzes the relationship between rule of law and economic development in rural areas,which includes the following three aspects:first,the rule of law creates a harmonious environment for rural economic development;second,the rule of law provides a system foundation for the development of rural economy;third,the perfection of the legal system is helpful to the formation of the new rural construction safeguard mechanism.The fourth chapter takes village A and village B as a case and analyzes the differences between two villages:introduces the development situation of this two villages;compares the economic development differences between two villages;analyzes the causes of the economy development differences between two villages;sum up the influence of the legal construction role in the economic development of two villages.The fifth chapter is from the perspective of the rule of law,which puts forward measures to promote rural economic balance and coordinated development.In other words,improving the understanding that the legal construction is an important driving force for the development of rural economy.We should improve and promote the legislation related to the development of rural economy and cultivate the modern legal culture vigorously.
