Research On The Right Of Discourse In Network Group Event

With the rapid development of the Internet and the social transformation,the social contradictions are demonstrated in a new way continuously,especially the frequent outbreaks of the network group events in recent years.For example,the number of the cases in the monitoring room about the public opinions of People's Daily Online identified as large network group event is up to 580 from 2005 to 2014,so six large network group events attract people's attention average every year.If the government doesn't deal with them very well,bad results such as disrupting the order of Internet may happen.Also,numbers of small events occur every year on the Internet.And sometimes,a real event in the world is likely to evolve into the network group event by Internet.Therefore,when the network group events are normalized,the government also needs the model of network management to deal with them to maintain the network order and social stability.The author explores the solution of network group events from the perspective of the right of discourse in the network group events from the beginning to the end by observing the transferring process of the right of discourse in the main network groups.In order to achieve this goal,firstly the author introduces the social background of the network group events and the right of discourse.Apart from this,the author arranges the previous researches of the network group events and the right of discourse in network.Then the capital theory in Boudreaux's theory and Foucault's discourse theory are used to carry on the research.The main research methods are the case study and theoretical analysis.In order to achieve the purpose of the study and look for the typical and fresh case,the author selects the events of maternal death in Xiangtan in 2014 as the research case and makes a detailed analysis of the entire incident and the circulation of the right of discourse in network.And the network group is divided into four parts:the government,the media,the opinion leaders and the ordinary users.The author discusses the data statistics and the contents of the main network groups from 10th August to 29th September on Weibo.And the author observes directly the right of discourse in network between the main network groups in accordance with six stages in the development of the event and analyzes the reasons of the flow of the right of discourse in network and comes up with the ideal structure model of the right of the network discourse.Finally,the author points out the existing problems of the flowing process of the right of network discourse in network group events.Besides these,the author puts forward the a lot of advice from the view of the government,the media,the opinion leaders and ordinary Internet users.Especially the control of the circulation of the right of discourse in network and guiding the public opinions in the network group events are important to the government.It is good for the government to control and manage the network group events better.
