Study On Green Design Strategy For Old-age Facilities In Rural Areas Of Yubei

Since the aging of our country in 1999,the aging of the population is in creasing day by day,and pension problem has become a serious social proble m.Compared to the city,rural elderly have a large base,poor living condition s and other characteristics of the pension problem is even more worrying.And with the accelerated process of urbanization,the proportion of rural elderly le ft behind year by year,rural "hollow",the family "empty nest" phenomenon is more and more serious.In recent years,many rural areas will be idle local campus,residential,of fice and other public buildings into old-age facilities.Not only reduces the inv estment cost of old-age facilities,but also solve the waste building waste,poll ution,management and other issues,it is worth to promote the majority of rur al areas in China.In this paper,taking the countryside in northern Henan as an example,thi s paper discusses the green design strategy of improving the old-age pension f acilities in three parts.The first part is the current situation research and questi onnaire survey,the article first to collect the information and field research as an example,the reform of the old-age pension facilities to introduce the case analysis,This paper summarizes the characteristics and advantages of the mod ified old-age facilities,as well as the existing problems of the existing buildin g selection suitability,spatial division and utilization,building energy consumpt ion,renewable resources and energy utilization,indoor environmental quality,f ollowed by statistical survey data,draw the rural elderly on the construction,t he environment,energy and other aspects of the desire to live,for later refere nce.The second part is the study of green transformation design strategy,com bined with the summary of the living will and common problems,as well as rural areas in northern Henan economy,the natural environment,The paper put s forward the green building design strategy,such as the appropriate geographical location,the appropriate scale and reasonable structure form,as well as the optimization of layout,space utilization,external maintenance structure,energy and resource utilization.Finally,the Jiyuan Village,Jiyuan City,as an exampl e,its space organization,external maintenance structure,resources and energy use,indoor equipment to re-design,select the most appropriate strategy to achi eve the best results.The author hopes to provide reference for the reconstruction design of this kind of old-age facilities through the research of this paper so as to realize t he sustainable use of idle,to solve the problem of serious shortage of rural ol d-age facilities and high energy consumption,and to provide a comfortable old-age living environment for the rural elderly.
