Research On Impact Of SWB Of Women In Tianjin

Nowadays,economic development has reached unprecedented new level,and the balance problem of social development deserves more attention.Happiness level is an important symbol to measure whether human psychological development,economic development,political development and social development are coordinating,and is an important indicator of social stability and harmony.On the first meeting in the Twelfth National People's Congres,Xi Jinping general secretary for the first time put forward the "China Dream" guiding ideology,and put the happiness of the people as one important content of "China Dream".Visibly,the aim of improving people's well-being has been attached great importance by the party and government.The women,as a group still in a relatively vulnerable position,are more likely to suffering psychological fluctuations because of unfair treatment.With respect to residents of other cities,the pace of life of residents living in Tianjin is faster,and the pressure from all sides is greater,so SWB of Tianjin women deserves our special attention.This thesis uses the second half of 2014 survey data from the "Women's Development Needs and Rights" large-scale research activities which Tianjin Women's Federation and other units jointly organized to explore SWB of Tianjin women.Firstly,the thesis compiled many factors that affect SWB and classified the factors,by combing through the past literatures.Secondly,the thesis analyses the basic situation of Tianjin women's,and draw the correlation between subjective well-being of Tianjin women and various variables.Again,while building ordered logistic regression model of women's subjective well-being,the thesis explores the impact of the Tianjin Women's Federation activity participation to SWB of Tianjin women according to different classification model.Finally,based on the foregoing summary of the conclusions above,the thesis presents four feasible suggestions to women,governments,women's organizations,and the mass media about raising women's self-awareness,improving laws and policies to protect women,advancing women's federations work,and enhancing media propaganda to improve the SWB level of Tianjin women,and provide practical help for future research on women's subjective well-being.
