Gender Perspective Stylistic Organization Of The Urban Community Non-governmental Women Studied

In recent years, along with community and cultural development, a large number of women's civil sports organizations rise throughout the country. It plays an important role in the development of the community culture and building of the harmonious society. Author descripts and analyzes the two culture and sports organizations'basic situation, main activities and functions by fieldwork method of Anthropology. Based on it, author elaborates the producing and development factors of the women culture and sports organizations in the view of gender.At first, this thesis summarizes the former researches and provides the meaning and the significance of the research. Secondly, it will show the process of the organizations'producing and development through a large amount of field survey data and the pictures, and analyzes the functions of the folk women culture and sports organizations. At last, the chapter studies and analyzes the producing and development factors of the women culture and sports organizations in the view of gender. We found that women become the main part of the folk culture and sports organizations aren't the statement that women were born to dance, but the building of the postnatal society. Affected by the social policy, social psychology and the changing role in social transformation, women come to the stage and become the main part. This study will focus on the urban community to observe the women culture and sports organizations of folk society activities and personal life, which inherits the characteristics of anthropological research. We will inspect the multiple factors that geographical community and regional culture factors effects the research subject. These enrich the fruits of the gender research, and provide a new view of community building and construction of harmonious society.
