Judicial credibility issues need to be taken seriously in the current.The promotion of judicial credibility is expected.The definition of public relations and judicial credibility indicate that it is reasonable to research judicial credibility from the angle of public relations.They are related by the same elements?goal?value.The theory of justice of intersubjectivity and that of public products lay the theoretical foundation for the promotion of judicial credibility.The promotion of judicial credibility is divided into legal relationship and other relationship.Critically analyzing the current construction of judicial credibility,it has many problems.In legal relationship,citizens do not have the right to know.In other relationship,judges lack professional ethics,and ignore the communication with the publics.We should improve the judicial credibility from the following respects.At first,we will comprehensively strengthen the protection of the people's right to know,including carrying out the legislative research on the right to know,deeping the exercise of the right,expanding the implementation of the right,increasing the mechanism for protecting the right to know.The second,we will strengthen the construction of judicial professional ethics,and improve the ethical relationship.At last,we should transform the concept of communication,and rich propagation form.In this way,the judicial credibility will be improved.
