With the rapid development of economic and the accelerating organizational change,"burnout" has gradually become an unavoidable issue in people's daily work,which has drawn more and more attention by people.However,civil servants must keep pace with the times to meet the pressures and challenges,learning to adapt to the new requirements under the new historical circumstances,so they have large work pressure and gradually become high risk occupational burnout groups.This research is on all the places of local street offices and township cadres at grassroots level in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region which we used questionnaire survey method on 202 numbers in six cities from Guangxi Laibin city,Nanning city,Wuzhou city,Baise city,Qinzhou city and Guilin city's 60 street offices and township of grass-roots armed cadres.Compare the burnout among grass-roots cadres in Guangxi according to the survey and analysis the related factors on it.Based on the descriptive analysis,factor analysis and variance analysis method to statistical data analysis,research draws the following conclusions:1.In the overall level of job burnout,guangxi ZhuanWu cadres at the grass-roots level job burnout status at a moderate level.First of all,the sense of emotional exhaustion.In turn,the sense of alienation and self-efficacy.2.ZhuanWu cadres job burnout in gender,age,marital status,education level,working years and job have the basic differences between demographic variables.3.Job burnout ZhuanWu cadres sense of emotional exhaustion,alienation,and self-efficacy of job burnout degree is different with the three dimensions of relationship significantly.4.The study found that the main three factors influencing the guangxi ZhuanWu cadres at the grass-roots level job burnout is a professional,working environment and the institutional.And found that the influence factors of guangxi ZhuanWu cadres at the grass-roots level between job burnout influence each are not identical.Finally,based on the results from a professional,working environment and organization system three levels proposed the prevention and mitigation countermeasures of burnout of grass-roots cadres in Guangxi.
