Civil servants,as staff members who perform public functions in accordance with the law,are incorporated into the state administrative establishment and are paid wages and benefits by the state finance.According to statistics,the distribution of civil servants in our country is a "pyramid" structure,grass-roots civil servants account for about 90%,because of being in the front line,directly facing the masses and as the main force of the civil service,its working state,work efficiency and the final output of results directly affect the credibility of the government.However,there is a phenomenon of job burnout in the grass-roots civil service,which is mainly manifested in low efficiency and lack of enthusiasm for work.The fourth Plenary session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to build a government governance system with clear responsibilities and administration according to law.In this context,this paper combined with relevant theories,on the civil servants' own situation,work ability,work content and career development difficulties and other issues of the Chizhou grass-roots civil servants questionnaire survey,based on the analysis of the status of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in Chizhou.Based on the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low personal accomplishment,three hypothetical viewpoints were put forward.Research tools SPSS24 software was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the data,then to analyze the difference,correlation and regression.It is concluded that there is a positive correlation between job pressure and job burnout of grass-roots civil servants,a negative correlation between good working environment and job burnout of grass-roots civil servants,and a negative correlation between career development prospects and job burnout of grass-roots civil servants.Finally,on the basis of this conclusion,it is proposed that we should strengthen the psychological construction of civil servants at the grass-roots level,rationally set up,set posts,appoint people and assign responsibilities,appoint teaching personnel to new comrades,and provide help in our work;at the same time,we should improve the working environment and finish it Improve equipment and facilities,improve work efficiency,reduce work pressure to lay a material foundation;provide targeted career development guidance to grass-roots civil servants,in order to alleviate the problem of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants.
