Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Provincial Government Inminority Areas

As an important part of government performance management,government performance evaluation has been one of the hot issues in the field of public administration.At present,China has entered the newperiod of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,facing the new development environment and development goals,the provincial governmentespecially the governments of minority areas in urgent need of government performance evaluation as a management tool to guide the work of government departments.However,there is few empirical research on the government performance evaluation in ethnic areas,and has not yet formed a set of scientific,unified and standardized government performance evaluation index system in ethnic areas.On the basis of summing up and summarizing the domestic and foreign theories and achievements of government performance evaluation,this paper analyzes the principle and value orientation of the provincial government performance evaluation index system,from the five aspects of political stability,economic development,social development,cultural development and resources and environment has established provincialgovernment performance evaluation index system in ethnic areas,including 5 level indexes,14 level two indexes and 47 level three indexes.On the basis of the evaluation index system,we collected the relevant data of Guangxi from 2011 to 2015,andusedthe methods of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to make empirical research on the performance evaluation of Guangxi government.According to the results of empirical analysis,this study puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance evaluation of Guangxi government from the perspective of five level indexes,hoping to provide some valuable theoretical reference for improving the performance level of Guangxi government.
