Ho Chi Minh the president once said that "China and Vietnam have deep feelings,not only comrades,but also brothers," the two peoples have a very long and deep friendship,customs,the country's political system has many the same.China and Vietnam have many aspects similar and the same.Whether we are from the social culture,geographical conditions,political system,or from economic policy and other aspects of observation,see that Vietnam is very similar with China.China and Vietnam are the proletarian party countries(the Communist Party),both of which are communist-led socialist countries.China and Vietnam have made building socialism the most important goal and development direction.The construction and perfection of inner-party democratic supervision is of great significance to enhance the effectiveness of inner-party democracy supervision and organizational governance.The inner-party democratic supervision,in fact,the ranks of the proletarian political parties and the development activities must not be less essential elements,but also the basic norms and fundamental principles of the composition of the proletarian party members and party members.For the Communist Party of China and the Communist Party of Vietnam,the improvement and development of inner-party democratic supervision is related to the improvement of the party's construction level and the realization of the great goal of socialist construction between China and Vietnam.To improve the internal democratic supervision system is to achieve the supervision of inner-party democracy,that is,institutionalization and standardization of democracy,so that the two parties within the party's democratic supervision throughout the party's life in all aspects,and actively improve the party's inner-party supervision and a series Specific technology,rules and so on.In this paper,the use of comparative methods,research and historical materialism point of view,from the following aspects of analysis and discussion.First of all,it discusses the characteristics of democratic supervision in China and Vietnam,and then studies the development process and theoretical basis of the two-party inner-party democratic supervision model.The two parties have many theoretical bases in the inner-party democratic supervision.For the two parties within the party democratic system,supervision and characteristics of the comparison provides a comparative basis.An overview of the two parties for the inner party democracy supervision and development process of understanding.There is a consensus and similar approach in the process of democratic supervision within the party,which also provides a basis for the comparison of the construction,supervision and characteristics of the Sino-Vietnamese democratic system.In addition,by comparing and finding the similarities and differences between the two parties in the inner-party democratic supervision,we can see that the important factor in the construction of the proletarian party is to develop the inner-party democracy system,and it can also find that the two parties are worth learning from each other experience.At the same time,it further studies the shortcomings of the two-party inner-party democratic supervision.At the same time,it discusses the function of democratic supervision in China and Vietnam,and starts from the prospect and development direction of China-Vietnamese democracy.
