Electronic Commerce Consumer Rights And Interests Protection Research

As a new transaction mode,Electronic Commerce not only brought a new shopping experience to consumers,but also brought new difficulties to the protection of consumer rights and interests.In our country,the consumer is an important force to promote the development of Electronic Commerce,which determines the trend of the development of Electronic Commerce in our country.Therefore,only to ensure that the interests of consumers to maintain,consumers will participate in Electronic Commerce activities.In Electronic Commerce activities,how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers,increase consumer confidence in the development of e-commerce in China is an important problem to be solved.This paper is based on protection rights and interests of consumers in Electronic Commerce environment,and look at problems and deficiencies which are existing in the development of Electronic commerce in our country through the study from the European Union and the United States in the management of the Electronic commerce legislation experience.Finally,The author proposed measures to protect the consumers' rights and interests of our country' Electronic Commerce in the articleExcept the introduction and the conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts:The first part,the article points out the concept of Electronic Commerce,characteristics,the concept of consumers,rights and interests,the necessity of the protection of rights and interests of consumers,types of protection of the rights and interests of consumers and so on,which are for the back of the study.This part emphatically discusses the necessity of the protection of the rights and interests of consumers and the types of consumers' rights and interests protection.The second part,the article points out the present situation of the consumer rights and interests problems in electronic commerce of our country,and analyzes existing problems and reasons of electronic commerce consumer rights protection system in our country.The third part,the article introduces foreign legislation on the protection of consumers'rights and interests,the European Union and the United States as typical examples.We can study the successful experience of the European Union and the United States about the e-commerce legislation.The fourth part,the article introduces three measures to solve the consumers' rights and interests protection problems in China's e-commerce development.The first is to perfect electronic commerce law about customers' rights and interests protection,and improve the legal protection system.The second is to improve e-commerce operators integrity supervision mechanism.Three is to perfect consumers offline and online dispute resolution mechanism.
