The development of e-commerce in bringing great convenience to consumers while also infringing on consumer rights and interests,through the concept of e-commerce,composition and characteristics of combing,we can find e-commerce on consumer rights,including informed Rights,fair trade rights,security rights and the right to compensation,and so on.Research and analysis of China’s existing legal norms on e-commerce and the existing conditions of consumer rights dispute solution,we can see that the existing legal system and its relief mechanism there is a lower legal level,the network consumer rights mechanism is not perfect,Personal privacy protection and other issues.Through the investigation of the relevant countries in the region and the existing social development situation in China,the path choice for improving the protection system of consumer rights and interests in China’s e-commerce can be: standardize the network operation,improve the network consumption rights protection mechanism and strengthen the consumption Privacy protection and so on.To find a suitable entry point for China’s local characteristics,consider the balance between the seller and the consumer coordination,establish a network credit rating system,improve consumer awareness of rights,simplify online channels for complaint handling,optimize the system of litigation jurisdiction,explain the existing provisions of the law and apply to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in the field of electronic commerce,standardize network operators integrity,Legal business activities.At the same time learn from the experience of countries outside the domain,and to innovate in order to promote the development of China’s e-commerce business,and even promote the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
