The Research On The Construction Of The Sustainable Security Idea Under The Environmental Change

In recent years,the environment changes brought great challenge to human's survival.Climate,water and nuclear pollutions have gradually hinder the international security of human beings.Security problems brought by environment changes have trapped the international society into security dilemmas,which are reflected as “Prisoner dilemma”,“Giddens dilemma”,“Butterfly effect dilemma” of environment changes,etc.The emergence of these dilemmas has created reflections on the ideas of security among the international society,thus,the ideas of sustainable security were created.Sustainable security refers to common knowledge possessed by human beings in order to have a sustainably safe society.The common knowledge is beliefs own by agents who regards sustainable security idea is reliable,these beliefs can construct and guide the identity,interests and practices both domestically and internationally.It can propel and achieve the ultimate goal of global sustainable security both in interactive structure and system structure.On the macro scope,it appears to represent cultural cognition in human destiny community;on the micro scope,it appears to represent criteria like peace and justice,equal communication,value of development,respect for nature,etc.This thesis also uses the perspective of international relationship constructivism theory to analyze the agents-structural issue of sustainable security ideadistribution.The individual,international organizations,states all play important roles in the distribution of sustainable security idea,but from the perspective of the monopoly of resources,the state weights a lot.The culture of sustainable security could be realized by interactions between states at unit level,at micro-structure level,at macro-structure level.The barriers of the distribution of sustainable security idea nowadays are nationalism and populism.The practical significance of the distribution of sustainable security idea would be defusing the security dilemma of environmental change,promoting the global sustainable development,enhancing the whole human beings' welfare.
