The Research Of China's Government Information Under The View Of The Right Of Citizens

Since the 1980 s,all countries in the world have started to carry on the reform about transparency of the government office,especially with the citizens participating in government management and gradually obtaining some achievements.Government information disclosure has become a global topic and common trend in the development of democratic politics.As the indispensable important component of modern democratic system,the extent of the government disclosure plays an important role in the development of democratic politics.In modern society,the right of citizens to know,to participate,to express,and to supervise information is an essential component of basic human rights.The information disclosure which based on government is “the right also to the people”,that is a specific measure to protect the citizen's right of knowing,participating,expressing,and to supervising information.The implementation of government information pubic is the realization of the inherent requirement of the right of citizen.The development of modern democratic politics is an inevitable requirement and it is consistent with the concept of sovereignty of the people.I t has played an active role in effectively improve the efficiency of government administration and prevent corruption in the executive power.In recent years,China's government information disclosure has made some progress;however,there are still some problems in government information disclosure such as content lag,low efficiency,narrow channel complex process,simplex way and imperfect supervision and security system in government information disclosure.The article mainly choses the perspective of citizens' right to know,to participate,to supervise and regards the present situation of government information disclosure as the research object on the basis of existing research achievements.The article analysis the main problems of the current government information disclosure in our country,and tries to put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems by studying the relevant theories and analyzing published reports and data.This article is composed of five parts.Chapter one for the first part of the article,namely the introduction,mainly elaborated research background,research status at home and abroad,the research significance,research methods and related theoretical basis of the article.Chapter two for the second part of the article analyses our country government information disclosure mechanism from the Angle of the longitudinal and transverse and expounds the current main methods and results of government information disclosure.Chapter three,Chapter four,Chapter five for the third part of the article analyzes the existing problems and the reasons of the government information disclosure mechanism from the perspective of citizens' right to know,to participate,to supervise.Chapter six for the fourth part of the article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of perfecting our country's government information disclosure from the citizens' right to know,to participate,to supervise the point of view.The last part,the conclusion and outlook,summarizes the current research situation and indicates the direction for future research.
