Study On Youth League Organizations At The Grass-roots Level Participate In Teenager Social Service Model

With the transformation and development of China's economic and social system,the Communist Youth League organization and functions of the system gradually enriched and improved,but between the Communist Youth League existing level of service,service quality and service content and youth groups demand still exists a big gap,in the service of youth groups in the process,there are many new problems,facing many new challenges.In this paper,Wanzhou District grassroots organizations involved in youth social services as the main body of research,the status of its development,practical exploration and research issues such as the bottleneck analysis.Through the analysis and research of Wanzhou District grassroots organizations,summed up the Wanzhou District grassroots organizations to participate in the youth social service of the main content and the pattern,content services include leading the teenagers' ideological,youth entrepreneurship and innovation,difficult helping teenagers,teenagers legitimate rights and interests of the maintenance and service mode mainly with government agencies cooperate,cooperation of colleges and universities,the purchase of public service three ways.Through further analysis,it is found that grassroots organizations involved in youth and society in the process of service administrative consciousness,service way simple,service content politicization,service concept one-way,traditional service means and other issues.Based on existing problems,this paper puts forward the reform at the basic level organization of the Communist Youth League set,innovation of the Communist Youth League work methods,build service brand in the Communist Youth League,strengthen construction of team of basic level cadre,strengthening the basic foundation of the Chinese Communist Youth League countermeasures and suggestions.At last,combined with the grassroots organizations in the history of youth social service evolution analysis is proposed in this paper three modes of construction "of the Communist Youth League + Internet","the Communist Youth League + the youth social organization","the Communist Youth League + volunteers",aimed at full integration of resources both inside and outside the group,enhance the service power of the Communist Youth League.
