Study On The Transformation Innovation Of Service-Oriented Government Of XEDA

Since the Third Plenary Session of the Central Commission of the Eighteenth National Congress of CPC,with the advance of comprehensive deepening reform,development zone government gradually change their work style,implementing the mass line,government's credibility has been further strengthened.Faced with the rising expectations of the people of the people,zone governments need to seriously think about how to be able to continuously improve their management and service level and build service-oriented government.To improve service levels and service capabilities is the focus of the work and the end result of service-oriented government,service-oriented government policy-makers and managers require a high degree of responsibility and mission dedicated to provide citizens with better service.Service-oriented government has changed the theory of traditional government management philosophy,committed to changing the government's rigid and distant image to create a more democratic and harmonious social environment.Since the eighteenth National Congress of CPC,CPC Central Committee and State Council repeatedly stressed the need to step up to build a socialist society management system with Chinese characteristics,gradually formed party leadership,government responsibility,social coordination,fair participation,rule of law and the protection of social management system,social collaboration became government management reform and innovation of important goals and paths.Over the years,Xiqing Economic-Technological Development Area Administrative Committee carried out a lot of fruitful work in building a service-oriented government,Government Transformation innovation has made substantial progress.With the deepening of the construction zone,zone government is facing more challenges,businesses and people has put forward higher requirements for zone government,enterprises need the government to provide more policy support and approval of convenience,people expect the government to enhance the comfort of everyday life.Therefore,the construction of service-oriented government requires companies to change the traditional management ideas,change the helm for service providers,and provide more convenient and efficient service for business and people.After analyzing zone government management innovation and service-oriented government theory,this study was based on the theory of public administration,urban sociology,combing XEDA actual service-oriented government building,analyze and discuss the XEDA service-oriented government building,according to the service-oriented government theory,put forward policy recommendations to promote XEDA government service government transformation of innovation and development.This study has some theoretical and practical significance to improve the quality of service-oriented government restructuring of XEDA,also has certain significance for innovation and transition of domestic service-oriented government.
