Social Management Innovation Based On Service - Oriented Government

With the development of China’s economy and society, deepening reform and opening up, the social structure is undergoing profound changes.There is a transition of China’s society system from planned economy to market economy.The new economic system touches the original pattern of interests,at the same time different social stakeholders appears and interest has gradually formed the pattern of diversification.Our country is currently in an important period of strategic opportunities for development,similarly,social problems and contradictions have become increasingly apparent and Interest demands of the people is also showing diversification, personalized trend.Visible,The traditional model of social management has been unable to stage with the rapid development of China’s economy and all sectors of society.The reason is the traditional management model based mainly on control type,and control type of management model to some extent has been unable to coordinate multi conflicts of interest, and also hinder the development aspirations of the people freedom, there may even make some social issues become more complex, many can not effectively resolve social conflicts with constantly improve people’s thinking and living standards increasingly plump.Therefore, innovative social management mode imminent transformation of government functions which also put forward new requirements.Social management innovation is to form people-oriented service to the people management philosophy.This paper attempts to analyze the content and features of the service-oriented government’s analysis, it is elevated to guide the scientific concept of social management practices,we also need to learn excellent management theory abroad combined with China’s actual situation and analyze the thing which led to the nature of social problems and contradictions reasons, while the present stage of China’s social problems existing in the management analysis.There are five parts in my paper:The first part is an introduction.In this part we introduce the purpose and meaning of the topic,case study abroad,research methods, theory and innovation of the paper.The second part is about the theoretical support of this paper which including the definition of service-oriented government, the management of social connotations associated description, and the "serving the people wholeheartedly" scientific thinking, the theory of Harmonious society and the new public service theory and governance theory.The third part is the description of China’s social management stage problems and the reasons management stage and analyze the inadequate management of our society still exists from the perspective of service-oriented government. The forth part is the most important part of this paper in which introduce the innovative ways of social management includes holistic management philosophy, a new service mode, feedback mechanisms and establish a sound public opinion on foreign advanced management experience of learning.The fifth part is the last part of the article which is a brief summary of the core content.
