Content:Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,while labor income has not been improved,its share has declined,the economic transformation and upgrading and social harmony.In fact,the collective wage consultation of ordinary workers can increase economic income,which can effectively solve the conflicts between employers and employees.Referring to the west,our country began in the last century in 90 s,and gradually established collective consultation on wages.In this paper,from the perspective of trade unions,with the Union's own functions as the basis,taking Hebei Province as the object of study,this paper makes a reflection and Exploration on the work of collective wage negotiation in the field of labor.Through the work of collective wage negotiations in Hebei Province survey,the province's 180 companies,1833 employees to take the survey,access to relevant information,characteristics,individual interviews in Hebei province at present collective salary negotiation problems were discussed,and the reasons for in-depth research,and finally puts forward relevant advice.The efforts to promote the improvement of the system of rules,establish and perfect the legal security system of the policy;the government support for attention,efforts to promote the construction of social rights protection work pattern of science;the coordination,form a work force in the internal Union;the efforts to increase efforts in promoting the industry of collective consultation on wages to achieve a breakthrough;improve the quality and efficiency,focus on to improve the operation effect of the collective consultation on wages;by using the labor demand elasticity theory,macro guidance on the profession wages collective negotiation.
