The Study On Multi-party Consultation During The Period Of Anti-japanese War

The practice of Chinese multi-party consultation has a long history,dating back to the period of new democratic revolution,and is formed in the period of anti-Japanese.After the North China Incident,the contradiction between China and Japan marches to the internal principal one.Thus,anti-Japanese national salvation comes to the common practical goal for all ranks and classes.Moreover,based on the Anti-Japanese National United Front,all kinds of the parties make use of consultation to realize the situation of Anti-Japanese war.Meanwhile,the multi-party consultation officially commences.Through the research on the historical backgrounds,the thoughts and theories,the realization forms of the multi-party consultation during the anti-Japanese war,this paper aims to analyze not only both of the similarities and diversities of multi-party consultation,but also the experiences and enlightenments as well.What's more,it's of great importance to the reference of the multi-consultation between Chinese communist party and the democratic parties for today.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part: through the historical background and the political basis of the multi-party consultation during the period of the anti-Japanese war,reviewing the breakout of anti-Japanese war,the political reversal attitudes toward the invasion of Japan of all ranks and classes,the establishment of the anti-Japanese national united front.The second part: systematically analyze the thoughts development processes and the main contents of multi-party consultation among all parties.The third part: combing the realization forms of multi-party consultation among all parties,which makes a great contribution to the success of the anti-Japanese war and also the realization of democracy.The forth part: giving an objective analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the theories and forms of multi-party consultation among all parties in order to sum up the experiences and enlightenments for today's construction of Chinese political multi-party consultative systems.
