In 2016 the government work report,prime minister li keqiang mentioned to cultivate strives for perfection the spirit of craftsman in spirit that is first appeared in the government documents,from the spirit of the country and the political attention and affirmation.Based on this,this study firstly on the concept,connotation and characteristics of spirit is analyzed,on the basis of combining the characteristics of the ideological,and requirements,trying to find the inner link between the two,as well as the spirit,the value of the ideological and political education,finally,under the guidance of the principles of both from the perspective of the government,universities,society puts forward spirit into the effective ways of ideological.This study mainly contains introductory remarks and other four chapters.The introduction part mainly USES the method of literature review,for domestic and international spirit of the concept,connotation and time value and the research status of ideological and political education resources analysis,pointed out in this paper,the research significance,research contents,research methods and innovation.In the first chapter,the research on the concepts,characteristics and intension of the artisans is based on induction and theoretical analysis.Spirit is craftsmen in their craft activities,consciousness and behavior of,and in the long-term practice,the use of the professional spirit of dedication,strict professional attitude,excellent work,innovative work to pursue,to go on the pursuit to perfect the spirit of philosophy.On this basis,from the evolution of the national education policy,education,personal development and the ideological and political education development four aspects in this paper,the spirit and the inner link of ideological and political education.The second chapter,which is mainly a value inquiry,explores the value of incorporating artisan spirit in the ideological and political education.Through analysis and spirit into ideological and political education to inherit the excellent cultural tradition of the Chinese nation and to promote ideological and political education to better perform their duties and obligations,freedom to improve college students' all-round development,contribute to the practice of social socialist core values,promote the development of China's manufacturing power.The third chapter,combining the feature of spirit,it is concluded that spirit into the ideological and political education should adhere to the following principles: inheriting culture,adhere to innovation,attaches great importance to the subject,to be born,to expand the practice,macmillan,give attention to two or morethings adhere to comprehensive and focus on the key.Both should follow four principles reflect the fusion rule,to effectively play to the role of the spirit for the ideological and political education,we must follow the principle,to better promote and spirit heritage.In the fourth chapter,the effective ways of integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into the ideological and political education are put forward from the perspective of government functions,universities and social propaganda.Specific have from the perspective of the government to promote the government service function,mainly by strengthening policy leading,build system of rewards and punishment system and talent evaluation,improve the system of employment,support spirit in system.From the perspective of the colleges and universities to promote education in colleges and universities leadership,through the spirit in training goal in colleges and universities to join,spirit will be as the ideological and political education content,relevant courses and lectures,attaches great importance to the university teaching staff construction,pay attention to their ways to cultivate the spirit of craftsman;From the perspective of the social propaganda to make good use of social media,online publicity,to expand the scope of the popularity of spirit,spirit to enhance propaganda and timeliness.
