Since the beginning of this century,with the deepening reform of government functions,more and more rights were transferred by the Government to the community.Another provider of social organization as a public service,is committed to enhancing the comprehensive ability of nonprofit incubators of social organization came into being.Training is an important way to realize society organization capacity-building and effective means,with the rapid development of social organization,committed to the society organizations capacity-building of education and training have been carried out.But it's worth noting is now assumed by most of the social organization of nonprofit incubators provide lack of comprehensive ability training for the effective assessment of training effectiveness,which hindered the improvement of training methods and training improvement.Research trainee satisfaction degree evaluation on the effect of training helps to identify key issues,pooling of resources,more targeted approach to improving training,improving the effectiveness of training.This article as a starting point for research,by combining theory and practice,with the author's internship unit b,incubation Center for the study of social organizations,research ability to accept the Centre trained NGO practitioners on the training effect of satisfaction on training effectiveness.Based on literature on the basis according to the actual situation of the Organization and satisfaction of trainees trained,course improvements and ease of course questionnaire design.72 specimens have been collected,reliability of systematic and rigorous analysis of the questionnaire,obtained suitable for use training center satisfaction surveys,training effect scale.And training courses on the basis of this satisfaction,satisfaction with trainers and training studies the effect is concerned.According to the statistical results reached the following conclusions:1,training education program innovations and systemic effects.2,the training effect and lecturers teaching techniques and interactive way.3,quality of textbooks has an important influence on the training effect.4,trainers in the training courses and the training effect upon their results.This research main used questionnaire survey way to research b City social organization hatch Center on NGO practitioners capacity training of effect,which selected has accept had the hatch Center training of 72 for trained who as survey object,survey questionnaire main used seven points volume table and 10 points volume table to evaluation trained who of training effect,according to statistics results obtained following conclusion:1?and courses training effect by training courses innovation sex and the systemic effect;2?the training effect and lecturers teaching techniques and interactive way;3?quality of textbooks has an important influence on the training effect;4?trainers in the training courses and the training effect upon their results.Conclusion and recommends:1?and enhanced training courses of innovation sex,caution choreography courses content,both its systemic and coherent sex;2?and note adjustment lecturer of taught way,strengthening and students of interactive teaching,focused on in process in the training students of learning method;3?and increased textbook codification input,meet teaching law and the students cognitive psychological features;4?and training grow teachers team,multi joint promote overall teachers level of upgrade.
