Comprehensively Building A Moderately Prosperous Society In The Rural Cultural Construction

Rural culture is an important indicator of the development and progress of the social spiritual production and spiritual life in rural areas. Whether the rural culture is prosperous not only involves the overall quality of the rural residents, the quality of the spiritual life and the rural civilization, but also influences the sustainable coordinating development of the rural economy and society, and the all-around construction of the Well-off Society. This dissertation focuses on the culture construction in the rural areas, which is the important part of the development of the rural areas, and attempts to analyze the problems comprehensively and thoroughly in order to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.The dissertation is consisted of the preface and the main body. In the preface, the author illustrates the significance of the culture construction in the rural areas, and introduces the current research status and the research ideas and methods, which pave the way for the theme research. The main body can be divided into three parts. In the first part, the author gives a scientific definition to the culture construction in the rural areas, and explains the main contents and significance. The second part discusses the current status of the culture construction in the rural areas and the main reasons which contribute to this status. Based on the above analysis, the author proposes the basic approaches to improve the culture construction in the rural areas in the third part.
