Research On The Comprehensive Development Level Of Pension Service Industry And The Coordinated Development With Aging Population At County Scale In Liaoning Province

In the last few years,the problem of aging population is becoming more and more serious,the number of elderly people and the pension demand increasingly diverse,so our government is under a lot of pressure.In this context,the pension service industry came into being and developed to a certain extent.Liaoning Province,as one of the most serious aging population provinces in China,needs to develop the pension service industry actively.If so it can meet the different types and multilayered pension demands of the elderly and play a significant part in improving the development of the economic.Based on the related research of the predecessors in Liaoning Province,this paper selects100 counties(county-level cities?areas)as research targets,constructs the index system of the pension service industry,and uses the comprehensive index evaluation method,coefficient of variation,the coupling coordination model,Theil coefficient and the Spatial auto-correlation method to explain the comprehensive development situation of the pension service industry,the coordination degree between the pension service industry and the aging population,the spatial correlation characteristics and the influencing factors.In the end,the author gives some advices on the problem.(1)On the province-wide perspective,the population of elderly people is increasing,the extent of the elderly population continues to expand,the main characteristics are little child coefficient ?high ratio of the elderly and the child?serious aging population;the pension service industry in Liaoning Province has achieved a certain degree of development in facilities and personnel in 2008-2015.However,there are still some problems,such as insufficient number of high-quality pension institutions,lack of professional talents,single pension service and urban-rural development gap.(2)The quantity of elderly population in the counties of Liaoning is growing and the degree of aging population is more and more serious,the degree of aging population in Shenyang and Dalian is higher than the areas in Panjin ? Tieling and Chaoyang.Using comprehensive index evaluation calculates the comprehensive development level of the pension service industry,and showed a trend of increasing in 2015 compared with 2008,And show the divergences between central?southern and western?eastern of Liaoning and the divergences become smaller.Otherwise,using the multiple liner regression methods find the basis of economy is the main factor on the development of pension service industry.(3)With help of coupling coordination model calculates the degree of coordination between the pension service industry and the aging population,the degree in 2015 is higher than it in 2008,and the space difference of the coordinated degree is high,and the dimensional cohesion is obvious and the dimensional correlation between the counties is strengthened.Obstacle model to measure the obstacles found that the development of basic index and pension facilities index is the impact of pension services and population aging of the important factors.
