The current social and economic development,the speed of organizational change is accelerating,more and more "rubber man" appeared in the workplace.They treat the work enthusiasm,work delay,refused to learn any new skills,to avoid accepting any valuable advice,at the same time,they are also difficult to get out of the job should have a sense of achievement and happiness give praise or criticism,organizations are often "no".Through the human resources and Social Security Department of the two release of the relevant data can be seen,the job burnout of the workplace has been "invaded" to all walks of life in china.Among them,the level of civil servants,especially the level of job burnout is significantly higher than other industries,and through the survey found that the current job satisfaction of civil servants in our country has become a downward trend year by year.The people on the one hand,the government's ability to govern the requirements of continuous improvement,in the current situation of China's civil servants must constantly learning,constantly improve,in full working condition to adapt to the new requirements under the new situation,to provide better service for the masses;on the other hand,the official member of this group,the proportion of grass-roots civil servants more than 90%,as the most low-end Chinese administrative level in Pyramid,they are the foundation of "Pyramid".Thousands of lines above,the following a needle,the people in the daily life of the most exposed to the grassroots civil servants,their words and deeds,every move represents the image of the party and government in the hearts of the people.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the job burnout of civil servants at the grass-roots level and its positive impact on job satisfaction.This paper conducted a questionnaire survey in Hebei Province,Luanxian grassroots civil servants,and fill in the online questionnaire field distribution in two ways at the same time,after the end of the investigation a total of 170 copies of questionnaires,excluding not answered and options are exactly the same,a total of 150 valid questionnaires.In Hebei Province,Luanxian Urban Management Bureau,the administrative examination and approval service center,Department of transportation,the Civil Affairs Bureau,weather bureau,environmental protection bureau and three townships and other basic units of civil servants occupation burnout and job satisfaction degree of the data to do the system analysis.Through the study of literature,many scholars found that the Occupation Burnout Questionnaire divided into emotional exhaustion(failure),depersonalization(depersonalization)and low sense of achievement(inefficacy)three parts,each part of the name of the differences in their translation.Through the questionnaire and interviews of some grass-roots civil servants,master of Hebei Province,Luanxian grassroots civil servants occupation burnout and job satisfaction of the first hand data;using SPSS analysis software to do the reliability and validity test,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the survey data and draw the following conclusions:(1)the degree of occupation burnout in Hebei Luanxian province civil servants for moderate burnout on;(2)occupation burnout is emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,invalid binding energy of three dimensions of body;(3)the Hebei province Luanxian grassroots civil service job satisfaction is relatively low;(4)there was a significant correlation between Hebei Province,Luanxian grassroots civil servants occupation burnout and job satisfaction.(5)different demographic variables such as age,gender,education,job,working years,and so on,affect the level of job burnout and job satisfaction,and influence the correlation between the two.According to the final results of the analysis,combined with the Luanxian civil servants problems reflected in the process of research and recommendations put forward to alleviate the grass-roots civil servants occupation burnout and related measures to improve job satisfaction,and pointed out the deficiencies and limitations of this study are.
