Job satisfaction has a certain impact on turnover intention,performance and mental health of employees.How the job satisfaction of civil servants directly affects the performance of the government.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the job satisfaction of civil servants.Through the questionnaire survey and analysis of the civil servants at the county level and below,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Among the four dimensions that affect the job satisfaction of civil servants:job return,self-realization and job itself have significant effects on overall job satisfaction,while job competence has no significant impact.2.The difference of job satisfaction in demographic variables is as follows:Gender has a significant impact on self-realization,job return and overall job satisfaction,but has no significant impact on job itself and job competence.Marriage status has a significant impact on job satisfaction,but has no significant impact on self-realization,job returns,job competence and overall job satisfaction.Educational background has significant influence on self-realization,job return,job itself and overall job satisfaction,but has no significant influence on job competency satisfaction.Different work experiences have significant effects on self-realization,job return,job itself,job competence and job satisfaction.different regions only have significant influence on job competence.Age,length of service,technical title only have significant influence on job itself.Job position and salary level have no significant influence on self-realization,job return,job itself,job competence and overall job satisfaction.3.Analysis on the difference of satisfaction between MPA group and colleague group;(1)there was no significant difference in the overall job satisfaction and dimensions between MPA group and colleagues group.(2)in the demographic variables of MPA group and colleagues group,the satisfaction of female colleagues group in self realization,work itself and work as a whole is significantly higher than that of MPA group;the satisfaction of married colleagues group in work return is significantly higher than that of MPA group.The satisfaction degree of self realization,work itself and overall job satisfaction of colleagues who have worked for 11-14 years is significantly higher than that of MPA.Therefore,the study of civil servants' job satisfaction can provide a strong reference and guidance for the construction of civil servants,which is conducive to promote the work efficiency of government departments and the improvement of service quality.
