| In recent years,due to the impact of the economic environment and the COVID-19 pandemic,civil service has gradually become an important or even the first choice for fresh graduates to find jobs.The number of civil service positions is limited,and the number of applicants remains high every year,causing serious imbalance in the recruitment ratio of some positions.However,behind the popularity of civil servants,there are new problems.Some civil servants,especially grass-roots civil servants,begin to have different degrees of tiredness in their daily work,which directly or indirectly affects government administration.People begin to question the gold content of civil servant occupation,which subverts the traditional cognition of civil servant occupation to a certain extent.Civil servants,especially civil servants at the grass-roots level,the institutional constraints is bigger,relative to other professional multifarious work task,affairs,combined with the top-down each strategic overall situation work roll out in recent years,civil servants more reflect unable to alleviate the pressure of inner with normal mentality and emotions,The job burnout of civil servants is no longer a simple problem at the personal or organizational level,but has more risen and evolved into the stable and efficient operation of governments at all levels,which greatly affects the administrative ability of grassroots governments.Therefore,the job burnout of grassroots civil servants needs for a close attention.As one of the important county-level cities in Shandong Province,S has a good location advantage and a good economic foundation.Taking the grass-roots civil servants in S as the research sample is conducive to the development of the county-level economy and the improvement of the city level,which has certain practical significance and promotion value.In this study,based on the three-dimension theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of Needs theory,conservation of resources theory,job matching theory and other theories,and in the way of research report,through the formulation,issuance and recovery of questionnaires and individual interviews,the realistic situation of civil servants burnout in S City is understood.Through statistical data analysis and reliability and validity test,from the gender,age,education,marital status,working years,etc.,it is concluded that the individual characteristics and the correlation of job burnout,burnout based performance,analysis of the current city S primary problems facing the civil servant’s job burnout,from individual,organization,society and so on to analyze reasons,find the burnout trend development regularity;Finally,according to the results of the empirical study of the full text is summarized,and improve grass-roots civil servants from the identity,group identity,social identity exploration level,such as,alleviate or even eliminate the effective countermeasures to grass-roots civil servant’s job burnout,in order to realize the benign development of the grass-roots civil servants career,safeguard government efficient administration,each work orderly,promote to build a good politics. |
