Currently the educated-workers are increasingly playing a crucial role on improving the society, because we are in a knowledge economy era.In this paper, I will make a comprehensive analysis on educated-workers first, and then apply the most popular compensation managing tool in these days -Integrative Compensation Managing Theory to describe how to motivate educated-workers. In the following part, I will test the established theory that employees always pay more attention to Intrinsic Compensation than to Extrinsic Compensation through a sampling investigation. After that a sophisticated statistical analysis will be made in order to explore what the real situation is.We've drawn some important conclusions through the analysis, some of them are quite different from the established theory that is set up by some western experts, but others agree with them. For example it is proved that the Chinese educated-workers pay more attention to salary, bonus etc than their western counterparts. However both of them pay equal attention to Intrinsic Compensation. We also found that education level, income condition, and status in company are the main factors which affect the attitude of Chinese educated-workers to compensation items. While age, gender have little effect on that.
