In 2016,China's human resources development network compiled a set of data.Nearly 60 % of civil servants in government agencies had job burnout.By 2018,nearly 80 % of people in the Chinese workplace had job burnout,especially government officials.It can be seen that the job burnout of civil servants at the grassroots level in China has become more serious,and the number of job burnout has increased year by year.With the continuous improvement of China's political system,the position of the national government has gradually changed from the original management government to a service government.In the course of this great transformation,it is mainly up to all civil servants,especially those at the grassroots level,to carry out the transformation of government functions and effectively carry out the implementation of government decisions.To transform grassroots government into a service government.This paper reviews a large number of references,defines the two professional terms of basic civil servants and job burnout,and expounds the related theories of job burnout.This paper studies the basic level civil servants in lintong district of Xian city.It mainly investigates 150 basic level civil servants in lintong district of Xian city by means of questionnaire survey.Through scientific investigation and design,it summarizes the present situation of job burnout.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of job burnout in basic civil servants from four aspects: personal factors,organizational factors,social factors and institutional factors.Finally,according to the cause of the job burnout of the grass-roots civil servants,the corresponding countermeasures are considered,hoping to effectively alleviate the job burnout of the grass-roots civil servants.This paper investigates the current situation of job burnout in lintong district of Xian city,aims to analyze the causes of job burnout problem,and consider the countermeasures to alleviate job burnout problem.It is hoped that through research and thinking,it will provide a reference for the smooth transition process ofgovernment functions.It also calls on relevant departments to pay attention to the problem of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants.
