Research On The New Confucian Resource Under The Rule Of Law In Conteporary China

Rule of law is the certain choice of modernization in China, and the way of the development of human civilization. "Rule of law in China" is short for "Rule of law in socialism with Chinese characteristics". The Third of 18th plenary session put forward the concept of "The rule of law in China",it is a highly generalization to the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics, according to this spirit and 18 the fourth plenary session of the report,fturther improve the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,need to return home and return to "ourselves".
