The social media possesses powerful communication function,which makes rumors spread faster and broader,and the arbitrary spread of internet rumors causes a bad influence on people’s life and social stability.The government plays a core role in public affairs administration,shoulders the main responsibility of social management,who has a bounden responsibility on the management of internet rumors.Meanwhile,government affairs microblog is an important platform for government to give responses,which is widely used in the governance of internet rumors,thus knowing the actual dispel rumors effect and the main influence factors of government affairs microblog is very important for government to govern internet rumors more effective.Firstly,the research has a better understanding of the relative foreign and domestic research statuses based on the literature review,clear the research key points and innovation points.In addition,the research defines the several important concepts involved in the research,such as rumors,internet rumors,government microblog,microblog information effect,which make the research object and the question more clearly.Moreover,the research elaborates the Asymmetric information theory,Public governance theory and 5-w theory,which form the theoretical basis for this research,also make the research hypotheses and establish the relative research model.Secondly,using octopus collector software collects the relative text information about all dispel rumors microblogs which the influence ranks the top 10,all the comment contents and the reviewers’ personal information.Through the data processing,the research gets the effective dispel rumors microblog of 724,comment contents of 140647,reviewers’ relative information of 75847.Thirdly,the research conducts the empirical analysis from two different perspectives of communicator and audience.From the communicators,the research mainly discusses the governance of the internet rumors spread effect and its influencing factors of the government affairs microblog,the results show The average of the re-tweeting number and comments number are at a low level,and the effectiveness of spreading needs to be improved.What’s more,the way to dispel rumors,originality,number of graphics,and if having a “@” have a significant effect on number of forwarding.In addition,the type of rumors,degree of emotion,the way to dispel rumors,originality and the length of content have a significant influence on number of comments.From the audience,the results show that the comment users have different emotional tendencies on the government affairs’ dispel rumors microblogs,including the users having neutral emotional inclinations have minimum proportion,while the negative and positive emotional users account for comparative equilibrium,and the positive emotional users have the slightly higher proportion.What’s more,content variable,text content and user characteristics variable have a significant influence on the users’ emotional tendency,but with different manner.Finally,the research puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the governance internet rumors effect of government affairs microblog,focusing on three aspects: The general situation of the development of government affairs micro-blog,spread effect of micro-blog,and the analysis of the tendency of emotion.
