A Study On The Solution Of Reform For The Reacion Of Government Affairs Microblog To The Internet Public Opinion

The government affairs micro-blog has developed rapidly in recent years, and itbecomes the platform both for the interaction between authorities and people and for thepeople’s participating in politics. Meanwhile, the government micro-blog plays an activerole in leading a orderly network public opinion and dealing with the network publicopinion crisis and other network public opinions immediately and effectively. On thebasis of the theory of the government affairs micro-blog, this dissertation focuses on thegovernment micro-blog, and uses the methods of data collection, documental analysis,comparative analysis to analyze the relationship between the government affairsmicro-blog and network public opinions and the existing weak points of governmentaffairs micro-blog when managing the network public opinion and systematically designthe optimum proposal on how government affairs micro-blog solves the problems ofnetwork public opinion.Firstly, this dissertation describes the theory of the network public opinion and thegovernment affairs micro-blog and defines the network public opinion and thegovernment affairs micro-blog, and summarizes the mechanism of the formation of thenetwork public opinion and the feature, type and function of the government affairsmicro-blog, and then, this dissertation makes a research on the relationships between thenetwork public opinion and the government affairs micro-blog, and clarify the role of thegovernment affairs micro-blog in dealing with the network public opinion, and points outthe interaction between the government affairs micro-blog and the network publicopinion, the government affairs micro-blog plays an leading role in dealing with thenetwork public opinion, while the network public opinion has an counteraction on thegovernment affairs micro-blog. This dissertation describes the current situation of thegovernment affairs micro-blog, on which basis, from the construction of the governmentaffairs itself and the outer environment of the network public opinion, this dissertationanalyzing the existing problems that the government affairs micro-blog deals with thenetwork public opinion. And then, from the construction itself of government, the feature of the network and psychological feature of the subjects, this dissertation analyzes thereason why there exists problems for the government affairs micro-blog when dealingwith the network public opinion. Finally, this thesis puts forwards systematically thesolutions for the government affairs micro-blog in dealing with the network publicopinion. On the one hand, in dealing with the outer part of the network public opinion,the government affairs micro blog should grasp the staged development feature of thenetwork public opinion, accordingly, it should puts forward the solutions, on the otherhand, in the inner construction of the network public opinion, the government affairsmicro-blog should intensify the construction of itself and perfect the developmentalenvironment of the government affairs micro-blog.
